SPiNZ FM Terms and Conditions for Music Submission and Promotion

By submitting your music to SPiNZ FM and selecting one of our promotional packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Rights and Permissions: You affirm that you hold all necessary rights to the music submitted and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You grant SPiNZ FM a non-exclusive right to broadcast, play, and promote the submitted track(s) on all platforms as part of the selected promotional package.
• Promotion and Broadcast: SPiNZ FM does not guarantee specific airplay times or frequency but will endeavor to provide reasonable exposure for the duration of the promotional package. Promotional efforts will be carried out as outlined in the package details, subject to the availability and scheduling of SPiNZ FM.
• Content Guidelines: You acknowledge that all submitted content will be reviewed by SPiNZ FM for compliance with our content guidelines and broadcasting standards. SPiNZ FM reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet these standards without a refund.
• Liability: SPiNZ FM will not be liable for any claims made against the music content submitted, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPiNZ FM against any such claims.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of SPiNZ FM.
• Changes to Terms: SPiNZ FM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Privacy:Personal information collected during the submission process will be used solely for the purpose of promoting your music and as described in our privacy policy.

By completing the submission process and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
